I have been using NDF for years until today, I placed an order at 6:08pm on Tuesday to be pick up on Friday. I chose 3 business days, Well they said it was not possible since the cut off time was at 6:00pm and my pick up will be until Monday, they wanted me to pay extra for pick up on Friday only for 8 minutes pass cut off time. Ridiculous!! no thank you!!
What a bunch of bulls#it! Took an hour and a half looking over the templates and designing my cards - the price said $25 and change for 500 cards, which is double what I pay at VistaPrint, but this place had more designs....then when I get ready to check out and pay they tack on another $2 for the front template, $2 for the back template and $22 for shipping! 500 cards for $51 now! I wasted my time with this company. VistaPrint may not have as many templates as this company, but I have always gotten a good product of 500 cards for $9.99 and FREE SHIPPING! This place sucks and I cannot recommend it to anyone

If I could give no stars I would the government needs to go after criminals like this. They not only hang up on me Everytime I call but they completely just strong arm robbed me. I'm reporting this to a friend in cyber crimes hopefully they shut them down. If I would have read the review I would have never had ordered them. This company deserves to lose everything imaginable. Real disgrace don't get scammed out of your money.
I talked to Arby in the Phillipines and he assured me the design team would design my doorhangers after I uploaded my company logo and other directions. It's been a week and I have not heard amything about the design. Screw these sorry basturds!!!
You can have my $35 design fee ..what a bunch of liars and idiits....I'm an idiot too...for even calling these ashholes!!!

They wasted my money and time and promise to refund I recorded the whole call and still didn’t give me my refund yet when they were the ones who messed up my order then said there’s Ntn to do about it. When I said I want my account deactivated and they offered a refund I have yet to see it pursuing legal action at the point thank you for making more hurdles for me see you in court
Not getting my postcards on time even though they keep saying they printed AND shipped. UPS shows they shipped and I paid for 3 day delivery YET they wont arrive for ANOTHER 8 days??? I need them before then but their customer service is a joke and refuses to do anything.

The product was decent. My biggest problem was the shipping options. I always order 2 weeks before i actually need the product, but there is no option to circumvent the shipping charges. Why they won't ship regular mail or regular FedEx if not in need of overnight, or the next day shipping. That's a waste of money. More shipping options needed

Trying out NextDayFlyers for our company. We placed a small order ($2,500) to see how things went and we WILL NOT be ordering again. Not only did their proofing team add errors into the print files somehow, which delayed the entire timeline, but we're now past the promised ship date with no update and no one we've spoken to on the phone (after calling repeatedly because we were never called back as promised) can tell us anything. If it wouldn't completely ruin our delivery timeline for the product in question to our customers, I would cancel this order and demand my money back. Will never be working with NDF again. If you want quality and customer service, look elsewhere.
I'm baffled by this company. I've been trying for four business days just to get a proof for my box design. Their website function for the proof review process is extremely unhelpful if you've used their online design tool for your items. Their customer service team is incredibly difficult to get a hold of, dismissive, and unresponsive. The live chat is literally a useless tool as it appears that no agents are ever actually on it. The one time I did speak to an agent over the phone I was promised something they did not deliver. I've reached out multiple times since with no response.
I never leave negative reviews, and have never been one to publicly express frustration with a company, but after such an extremely negative experience I feel I have no other option to get through to this company to express my dissatisfaction and try to get a response from them. My order has been delayed several days due to their lack of care or attention towards my small order and, at this point, I don't believe I will receive it by the date needed. I could not recommend this company less. Worst customer experience I've ever had.
i have used this company for years, i ordered another set of business cards and forgot to use my discount code they had sent in a previous email.
calling them did no good; they said they couldn't use my discount because the order had shipped. Well, what difference does that make? NONE. It's called greed, plain & simple.
No more Next Day Flyers for me, i just flew them out of my life.
Horrible communication. After spending hours working with the company to ensure the products would be printed correctly and arrive on time, the entire order was delayed due to what they claim as a proof being 30 minutes past their cut-off time. I was never made aware of this. Two of my products were completed, the third sat untouched for the entire day, despite my calls throughout the day when I was informed everything was moving as expected.
I decided to check at 9pm EST the night before expected delivery and saw that the prints were now expected a day later. Because I needed these materials for an event on the expected delivery day, I was shocked. When I called again, I had asked about the steps for a full refund now that I would have to find a different printer and order the materials on an even tighter schedule, costing me even more money. I was informed that someone would have to investigate the conversations before a refund could be processed and I would be contacted the next day.
Without informing me, my order was "recycled" so the materials are no longer available AND I still am not eligible for a full refund. The first refund they provided was insufficient and I was still paying for the materials that had yet to be produced. This was fixed after speaking to a representative, but I am still paying a pretty penny for absolutely no materials, hours wasted, and a huge mishap which cost more money and frantic work to fix. After days of going back and forth, I have been told something different from each person, though they have apparently listened to the recorded conversations. The representatives have taken these conversations and twisted them to reflect any and all blame to the customer.
I have never been so disappointed with a company before. Rude and unhelpful. Completely untrustworthy and will do whatever they can to keep your money with absolutely no regard to further issues they caused. Refused to provide contact information for someone else to speak with, only the customer service email I have been working with throughout. On time guarantee and 100% customer satisfaction is a complete lie - only offer half a refund and 20% on my next order.
Just received our custom shipping boxes, and wow, just wow, exceeded our company's expectations on quality and design. However, it did take a little longer than we would have expected, and we hope since NextDay Flyers has our files we can have it rushed next time but then why rush perfection? We are really happy with the quality and the results, so much we had to write this review. We will definitely order again. By the way, we are first-time customers on this order so we hope our company builds a great product relationship with NextDay Flyers. Thank YOU!
